Rotating Probe Station for ST-FMR and Harmonic Hall
A comprehensive rotating probe station co-developed with Measline is dedicated for automated characterization of thin-film devices, designed for research laboratories and companies specializing in electronics and spintronics. The mPS-1 enables a rapid transition from layerstructure design to fully automated analysis of physical properties, including magnetotransport measurements. The system includes a dedicated measurement probe, an electromagnet with a precision power supply, a gaussmeter, and advanced software for data acquisition and analysis. On-site installation and user training are provided, with ongoing support through remote service and software updates. This solution significantly reduces the time and cost of implementing measurements in the laboratory while ensuring high repeatability and reliability of results.
